Trivia: A Chat Event - July 28, 2005 10:00PM EDT
So tonite, in the chatroom, it ended up being good fun as pointless trivia questions were bandied about... Makes for a fun evening with you fellow TFP'ers.
Now, I had a thought (YEah, I know, it happens once in a while) What about a TFP Trivia Night... The Master/Mistress of the Trivia Questions would compile a list of questions, primarily sticking to pop-culture from the 70s, 80s, 90s and current, and maybe a few other random topics. The players would take turns answering the questions. Winner would be the one with the highest number of points. What do you win? Well the adulation of others of course. I figure we could plan the event for a Thursday evening, probably 10ish (EDT) and have the game run for an hour... or til anarchy ensues and we get bored with it... (Times and days are open to suggestion.) Compiling the questions is easy, I've done this elsewhere and have enough questions for the first nights game. Whatta ya think? Interested? wanna play?

You know I'm down with it, Mal. The idea, that is. Whether I'm there or not is totally up to chance.
I would like to declare that Maleficent is one kick ass trivia goddess. She is definitely a competitor.

Let's do it for Thursday, June 2 - at 10:00PM EDT (that will hopefully give some of the other time zones some window to play in...)
I've got the questions, so I'll be the trivia bot (I've got way more personality than any old bot does- at least on a good day)

Due to a major hard drive failure on my laptop -- trivia will be postponed until I stop wanting to hurl myself out the 18th floor window.. or until June 9 - same bat time same bat channel

I forgot all about the contest. I even put up a post-it note. Maybe I need a reminder for my reminder. Get better soon, Mal's computer.

You betcha!
(SInce I lost my original hard drive, the original questions were on said hard drive, I was too lazy to retype all those up -- so tonite's questions won't be as trivia taxing but should be fun nonetheless)
