So does anyone know what time this means in GMT/UK Time?

If you just know what +/- ET is thats cool, cos Im pretty sure GMT is the base point.

I dunno if that is the kick off or just when the show starts... so if anyone has any idea what time it kicks off that'd be cool to know too!
