Fed Ex being a corporate environment is going to be very sensitive to diversity.

I'd discuss it with your manager and with HR.

Since you were dating at one point in time, it may be percieved as retaliation for the relationship. You do have corporate culture on your side.

On the surface it doesn't look like harassment because they are not annoyed persistently toward you. Nor have taken any action (at least none that you mentioned) to make the work place unacceptable to you.

However that doesn't mean you should not take action. Because they are being insensitive toward not only your disability but others as well. I would take Cyn's advice. Contact HR and inform them of it.

You have a right to dignity at your workplace. Where I work, if I had make comments like that to a disabled worker, I would come pretty close to getting fired. Its very insensitive on their part.
If your coworkers truly have a problem with you, or the other disabled worker, they should be filing a complaint. Sounds like your exgirlfriend could use a shot of maturity. In this world we have to learn to live & work with all types of people.
If I were you I would contact HR. It sounds like some of your fellow employees need a reality check.
As a footnote, I worked with a deaf girl briefly, and if she couldn't lip read what we were saying, she would have us write it down. I don't know how that would work for you, given your job, but it made communicating with her easier.

Cynthetiq's advice is spot on. But I have to ask this - since your hearing problem is noticeable to others, have you made any steps to change that? Do you use hearing aids? Your co-workers chose the worst possible way to spell it out, but apparently there is a problem, and forcing them through the corporate culture not to notice it will not help anyone.

Quiet frankly you shoud do as Cyn said, maybe not filing a formal complaint but at least make the manegement aware of the issue. Like everybody else you have a right to a workenviroment that is at least endureable. It sounds to me like it is really getting to you and that's reason enough to alert the manegement. Not so they gives an official reprimand but so they can take it up with them unofficially and make them aware of what it is they are doing.
If it should escalate after that you should make a formal complaint.

But whatever you do don't just curl up and take it. You are human too and have the right to shoot back when someone is firing at you. (probarbly a bad metaphore but words hurt a lot so it isn't too far a reach.)

Yeah. Let your HR person know AND tell them about your concerns about telling them. HR folks are highly trained to be sensitive in this area.
