An important question for you dudes

Would you say it’s somewhat wrong to use inheritance from your recently deceased Nanna to get your pubes removed by laser treatment?

slimsam1 01-22-2005 02:38 AM

You're going to let someone point a laser down there?

Baron Opal 01-22-2005 03:42 AM

Wrong? As in morally? No. It is a waste of your money, however. Use it to further your education, carrier, living situation, something long term. Unless you have multiple infected lesions on your scrotum from ingrown hairs, there are much better things to do with your money.

tecoyah 01-22-2005 03:49 AM

Immoral....No
Shortsighted...Yes

Worthy of further consideration......Priceless

Well.... it might very well further his living situation.. :)

How would your nanna feel about you using the money she left you for that purpose?

Why not invest it, and then from the money you can possibly make on the investment, get the laser hair removal.

canuckguy 01-22-2005 07:34 AM

lol. gonna be an weird family momemt when your sitting around the dinner table and you get asked what did you do with your money! Your nana would want you to be happy so i say, do what you want. still i would invest it as stated above.

Psycho Dad 01-22-2005 07:46 AM

I'd say if laying tile where the rugs used to be is the only open issue in one's life that they should go for it. Were it me I'd make certain that dog food was not going to be in my diet during my old age first.

sanjuanworm 01-22-2005 08:47 AM

buy a fucking razor.

what's the matter with your pubes anyway? all of the girls I know aren't really turned on by hairless ball sacks anyway.

ziadel 01-22-2005 10:54 AM

morally wrong? absolutely not, its your money and as long as its not used to fund anything against the law or immoral, theres nothing wrong with that...

would nana really approve tho? prolly not, I think she would find it odd to say the least, and may very well whack you upside the head for your efforts...

does seem kind of a waste to me tho, but thats just me *shrug*

Crisis 01-22-2005 11:36 AM

I just hope you're joking about this.

SecretMethod70 01-22-2005 12:32 PM

As others have said, I wouldn't consider it morally wrong or anything, but come on man. There are SO many other, more important things that you could do with money like that.

I don't know your situation, so maybe you're quite well off....maybe school is all paid for with no loans, and maybe you already have tens of thousands of dollars invested for retirement (are you aware that it will take at LEAST 1 million dollars to retire comfortably at the age of 65?)...but I'm guessing you're like most people and don't have all that stuff.

I'd invest it and just stick to shaving for now.

Lebell 01-22-2005 02:49 PM

I'm going against the crowd to say not only isn't it wrong, but to go for it!

Who after all can say if this isn't something that would make you happy?

rfra3645 01-22-2005 03:42 PM

crazzyy ive never even heard of this.. however it could be a big thing in aussie land.. i say inherentances are to be used for what you want to do.. however whack it may be..

irseg 01-22-2005 04:39 PM

Nothing morally wrong with this at all. But how much does such a procedure cost relative to what you got out of the inheritance? If it's a small portion leaving a big chunk left over (presumably to be spent/invested more wisely) then go for it.

Hardknock 01-22-2005 06:08 PM

You're a hell of a lot braver than I am...

QuasiMojo 01-22-2005 06:33 PM

Yes. Yes. Yes.
my GOD!!!!!!!!

Not only is your consideration a damnable offense...
it makes me feel funny to even entertain it.

Get thee sir...to a monkery.

RogueHunter65 01-22-2005 08:15 PM

I dont think it is morally wrong...I mean she left you the money after all. You should do whatever you want with it. Removing the pubes with lasers in my mind is not a good use of money but to each its own. I saw a thing on MTV where a guy got calf implants to make his legs look bigger. I saw no need in him doing it but it made him happy. So if it will make you happy to do some laser hair treatment, do it.

irseg 01-22-2005 10:18 PM

My point of view is that if I thought any of my descendants were going to blow the money that I worked all my life for on having their pubes surgically removed, they wouldn't get much of it.

But if they did inherit my money and spend it on such a procedure, well, it's their money now, and they can spend it as they choose. And when it comes down to it, what the fuck would I care? I'm dead!

radioguy 01-22-2005 10:40 PM

do whatever you want with the money. it is yours. unless your nanna put some stipulations on what you can and can't do with it, you have free reign. she would want you to spend the money on something you want and hairless balls are something you want......enjoy!

Ella 01-23-2005 01:02 AM

Do what you fucking like - it's your money! Hell, I'd much rather go down on a bald guy than a hairy one. For god's sake...it's only money.

Meridae'n 01-23-2005 03:40 AM

How about a bald hairy guy El ;)

viejo gringo 01-23-2005 09:39 PM

Listen to what MALEFICENT says about investing and using the interestfrom that money....

I did just that and have not held a job since 1990..and have bought two new homes, 2 trucks and 3 cars---and drink good scotch any time I want..:D

longbough 01-23-2005 11:27 PM

What? Are you a swimmer or something?

reiii 01-23-2005 11:31 PM

If your question is serious, I say go for it, that money is there to make you happy

Nope. Just dig baldness. Is that wrong?

I don't see what's with all the people who are so obsessively into having retirement money. I suppose it comes with the territory when you live in the U.S. and have no security provided in your old age. Not that I have anything against RRSPs (I mean I've had one since I was about 17) and pension plans, but some of you sound borderline obsessive about it.

Jay You Dee 01-24-2005 02:01 AM

Hell yes, get the hair removed. It'd be worth my retirement money if I knew that in my old age my girlfriend (prolly wife to be) wouldn't have to let up off of my cock to pick a hair out of her mouth. Shaving down there is just a bitch, but if you're like me, you do it to be a little more respectful of her needs/wants... or maybe you just want it shiny, who knows?!

Charlatan 01-24-2005 06:34 AM

Not wrong in the slightest... it is your money now... do with it what you wish.

Glory's Sun 01-24-2005 06:41 AM

It's not wrong in either sense. The money was left to you to do as you please with it. If you've been wanting to get the laser surgery done for a while then you should do it. You have some extra cash to do it with now.

MSD 01-24-2005 06:47 AM

Being the kind of short-sighted idiot who has been known to spend scholarship on paintball money (I did put my next paycheck in the scholarship account,) I say go for it.

ranger 01-24-2005 12:46 PM

No way...

unless for some reason someone you are very "ahem" close to is asking you.

Even then by a razor.

Definately a non-fucking one because accidents can happen, do happen, will happen and end badly for those involved. Those involved. Catch the drift?

Xell101 01-24-2005 04:32 PM

If not for the streamlining of your sack, then for the sake of taking of lasers to the nuts for aestheticism. Go for it man!

jstory 01-26-2005 01:06 AM

I have never heard of that procedure, not for pubic hair at least. But trimming you hair once every month cant be too much trouble.
