You've seen the couch. Now see the coffee table!

Citing the lack of furniture in our apartment, as well as the lack of clear wall space, I've remedied our need for a coffee table and our need for a place to mount the whiteboard in one easy solution.

Oh by the way, here's our entertainment center.

Wow. I need to get me one of those tables. How long will it be before 0.10 or 1.0 is out?

On a side note, I hope those speakers are sturdy enough to hold that TV up, it looks like it a lot of weight to it.

Ok, I must say that is the most original, fun, and interactive coffee table I have ever seen. I know I would never get bored at your place!

That's kind cool.

You know it wouldn't be that hard to put some legs on that. I like the idea of drawing a chess board, or just random insults, on it.

I like the top, but the box underneath doesn't feel right next to that wonderful couch and entertainment center.

Maybe you could get clavus to create a bottom much like the toybox he was making...

the color of the top can be whatever suits your mood (or whatever the marker color choices limit you to). can be easily wiped up. no need to use coasters... perhaps it's the world's perfect coffee table!

sorry, but your entertainment center is weak compared to mine... right now i have a 13" TV atop two boombox speakers which are not hooked up. it looks pretty impressive sitting 6 feet away on my fold-up camping chairs... i can usually make out if it's a sports broadcast or sitcom, and the sound is amazing through the 1/3" mini-speaker on the TV.
