It seems Mephisto beat me to it. But that is the same type of design they want to use for the new Bay Bridge in San Francisco/Oakland. But they want to use just one tower for the whole span! And the costs they just keep a'rising. They are estimating over $2 Billion now!!! And now they want to re-engineer the whole damn thing!!!

we have a bridge like that in St. louis / alton that crosses the missouri river its not that big but its yellow which makes it better :thumbsup:
