For a long time I thought I was the only person who had this problem. Then, I started doing some research. See these sites as good references for cold hands and computer gadgets. My favorite earth friendly - uses no electricity - is a blanket for your mousing hand made by IGMproducts.com

ColdMouseHand.com
MouseHandWarmer.com
IGMProducts.com

I hope this is helpful. There's a page on IGMproducts.com site that lists all the hand conditions where a cold hand may be a symptom. Ask your doctor the next time you visit if it persists.

Happy New Year!

I wonder if it's circulation related....

Time for an experiement.
It's related to circulation, exposed to cold air, and holding your hand in the same position for a long time.

When I find more details about this condition I'll return and post it here. This is a really great forum and I look forward to visiting again. Happy New Year!

Cold hands, warm heart, dirty knees, look at these!

Same here, I have bad circulation and I have the problems in both hands. Thinking about trying some of those exercises I've seen on here.

Have you seen a doctor? Do your fingers turn different colors when they get cold or you are under stress? There's an illness known as Raynaud's Phenomenon that has poor circulation and really cold hands.

I have arthritis, poor circulation problems and I think the onset of Raynauds. So, I invested in some infrared heated computer gadgets made by ValueRays. You read about them at their website http://www.valuerays.com

I hate being cold.
