Best way to contact Halx? - Tilted Forum Project Discussion Community

This may be a stupid newbie question, but I was wondering what the best way to contact Halx might be. I have an important question regarding the exhibition board, and hopefully he can provide an answer. If anyone could tell me the best way to reach him (PM, email address, etc.) it would be much appreciated.
