Democracy means government by discussion, but it is only effective if you can stop people talking.

Time is relative my friend.

I know it comes as a shock to some people, but the world does not, in reality, revolve around the United States of America. There's a little thing called the International Date Line. You're on one side of it; I'm on the other.

International Date Line...

I called that number once, they wanted to hook me up with a girl from Greenland. I said, "Greenland? Is that where all those viking booty girls are?"
"No, that's Iceland."
"Oh. Well, I think I've changed my mind. Thanks anyway." < click >

Again, nice quote Mr Mephisto. Are you getting them from somewhere like Bartlett's or just know them all by heart?

Hahaha... International Date Line... funny.

No, I don't know all these quotes off the top of my head. Would that I did!

I get them off various internet quotation sites. I just like the idea of a pithy statement now and again!

Your quote is real, and it's true.

Thanks
