The point of the thread wasn't really about manson specifically, but on people generally bashing that which they do not understand. I realize that it doesn't seem like he was being bashed, but it really only took 1 comment for me to want to write this thread about "bashing".

I hate to have to repeat myself, but there are a few who still do not understand what "bashing" is.

"There is a world of difference between expressing a viewpoint that differs from someone else's or expressing criticism, and "bashing". Bashing something is when your words show everyone your ignorance- criticism is when you show them your wit and intelligence."

Even if you were bestowed upon with the right of truly free speech, bashing would STILL not be covered by it.

thats it and there is no other reason. it cant be explained it just is like that for whatever reason. it explains racism as well as other similar things
