Mine (John L. Miller Great Neck North Senior High School, Class of '92) were Blue and Orange, like many things in New York and Long Island. Great Neck South was Orange and Blue, go figure.

And while we're at it, what was your mascot/team names? Great Neck North was the Blazers, our mascot was an Indian chief (I know, politically incorrect, but Great Neck South was the Rebels and often brought Confederate flags to football games).

What were yours?

high school 1 => the blue and white Lancers
high school 2 => the green and orange Dolphins
high school 3 => the red and white Cobblers

Yep, I went from a knight in shining armor, to a graceful aquatic mammal, to a guy who makes shoes. I'll never understand who would name their team the Cobblers.

First highschool it was blue & white and we were the RAMS. Then I moved my senior year to another city and the colors were Orange & Black and they were the TIGERS.

Mine was orange and blue. At graduation the gowns ordered were orange for the girls and blue for the guys. So many people complained about orange gowns they re-ordered them as silver. Since the first order went through, everyone got an orange and blue tassle and then a blue and silver tassle.

our mascot is an indian chief - We have a life-size fiberglass indian statue on top of the main building that was kidnapped for a few weeks, before being returned.
(it was a little worse for wear)

Red white and black. The Flames. Stupid Mennonite Highschool. About 1 in every 200 students was gay too. I dont think that had anything to do with the name of the teams though. We didnt even have a football team. They said it was too violent, yet we had a rugby team.

I was 18 when I graduated, but I think the picture may have been taken when I was still 17....

Either way, there aint no way in hell I'm posting it! The picture wasn't that bad, but I did look a bit mousy. It was far better than my yearbook pictures from other years!
