Im sorry! Remember, you've got a lot of great people here to talk to if you need it...
Can you think of why you might be feeling that?

Music is always my answer. Not necessarily finding a solution, but simply finding someone else to cry with. I suggest Hank Williams in your case.
Hear that lonesome whippoorwill He sounds too blue to fly The midnight train is whining low I'm so lonesome I could cry I've never seen a night so long When time goes crawling by The moon just went behind the clouds To hide its face and cry Did you ever see a robin weep? When leaves begin to die Like me he's lost the will to live I'm so lonesome I could cry The silence of a falling star Lights up a purple sky And as I wonder where you are I'm so lonesome I could cry For me, it's a great relief to know that someone else feels the same way, no matter how impossible that may seem at first.

that's what makes us human. when it happens to me i have to remind myself that it's like all emotions, it will pass. as odd as it sounds i try my hardest to relish in "feeling it" and enjoy it after the fact.
i wish you well.

I split with my GF of 7 years last year....sad day. It took me some time to get over it, but I guess it was the best for her, me and our daughter(to much fighting in the last 2 years)! I moved back home and family is always the best help! |

If you feel like crying, go ahead and cry... There's lots of people who will pass you virtual tissues and hold your hand. If you feel like screaming, go ahead and scream, we won't mind.
Don't look back on what you've lost, look ahead to what you have gained. There's so much more happiness and joy ahead of you in your life...

Pain is a mother, but a necessary part of life. Life may seem like shit right now, but it will get better. You are not alone in your feelings, you just need a little help dealing w/your feelings. Let these feelings out - to those willing to help you. It's okay to cry.
