Which way do you like it?
The TP that is. Do you prefer it pull from the top, or roll underneath? In other words, do you want to have it roll to the front from on top, or roll from the rear on the bottom?

Um....it's toilet paper dude.
I think people need to be concerned with more meaningful questions. (aka, "Who cares?")

no!! pet peeve alert!! the TP is SUPPOSED TO COME OVER THE TOP TOWARDS YOU!!! that way it's EASY to grab. people who put it on backwards drive me crazy, topped only by those who don't bother to replace an empty roll/mention that it's empty!!!!

I'd drive ya crazy. I can't stand it on top. My friend was over and changed it once. I was so pissed when I went onto my bathroom that I wanted to kick him in the balls. |

Ooh man, I'm a FANATIC when it comes to this. I cannot stand when people put the TP backwards and coming from the bottom. You never know where it is! If you're at my house and guilty, watch out!

Over the top but I couldn't really care either way, it's just toilet paper.

In Taiwan, people use tissues.
I miss toilet paper. I don't care which way it rolls anymore, as long as its TP.

I don't really care which way it comes off the roll, it's all about to be put through something no man should have to endure.
I think people that use it for decorations (albeit usually on someone else's property) are liberating the paper. FREE THE TP!

From the Top. What is wrong with you people. There is no room for discussion. This is a dictatorship.
I believe that is how my wife put ti to me. Along with the seat down and showercurtain closed. Bathroom ediquite 101 I believed she called it.

At first, I read the question to fast and saw "Which way do you want the TFP to roll?" I was sitting there wondering "What the hell?" and suddenly I hit the word "bathroom" in your post, and it all made sense.
I'm shocked and amazed that I have found something where I agree with sixate. |

I'm an over the top man myself.
If the paper is on the wrong way it's harder to reach since it's up against the wall. Unfortunately, I married a woman who prefers it to roll off the bottom. We reached a compromised some years ago, I get my TP over the top as long as I put the seat and cover down. It took a while to get used to always putting the seat down but, I've done it for so long now that it's just a habit and I don't even think about it anymore. |

Mine doesn't go on the roll anymore It has to go in this little shelf/cabinet thing above the toilet as I have a 10 month old whose favorite pasttime is grabbing the end and running to the living room with it (I guess I can be glad she doesn't stuff it into the toilet).
And yes, the simple solution would be to shut the door, but that doesn't work in a house with a 2 year old who's just tall enough to open it, but not tall enough to pull it shut behind her. |

Off the top, from the front....absolutely. I will switch it around if it's messed up. Ya ya ya, I know it's just toilet paper but some things are just meant to be and t/p was meant to be pulled from the top please!

Off the top is the only way for me.
However, I am still surprised at the reaction that this gets from people. There are definitely some violent disagreements on this subject. It almost becomes a religious war.

I suppose I should put my opinion in here, since I forgot to up top! I like mine rolling off the top. It's just easier to grab, methinks.
