After reading the other thread of the same name I thought I'd start one that was what I was hopping to read.

Internet hookups - Ever had one? How did it turn out? Where did you first meet?

I was screwing around one day and threw a profile up at adultfriendfinder and forgot about if for a couple weeks. When I next visited the site I had a message. So I responder to this girl and she gave me her phone number. I called her and she hung up immidiately. I waited a couple minutes and called again. This time we talked akwardly. After a bit of hmmming & dead air time we decided to meet. She gave me directions to her place so I went over. When she ansered the door I was blown away. She had a smokin' bod. So we talked for a while and made arrangements for later that evening when her roommate/niece would not be home. So a little later I went by her house. I pretty much just said "So are we going to get naked and fuck?" She was nervous as was I, but we managed to get naked and start at it. I'm not going to fill in all the detail but it was really good. She had not had sex in almost 4 years. The final year of her marriage she didn't have sex once, then since her divorce she had not been with anyone. She was bursting with sex if that makes any sense. Both she and I know that this is not a relationship that is going any farther than sex and we are both fine with it. After sex we part company almost immidiately. It is really almost the perfect setup.

Was trolling Yahoo personals one night after work, and came across one that particularly intrigued me. Fixed a cocktail, and made an honest reply. She gave me her number a couple days later, and I actually called. Met the next afternoon at a park. It was a rather awkward few hours, with comic relief provided by her 7 year old daughter.
That was a little over three years ago, and we've been married for the last two, with a 14 month old boy of our own.
Seems to have worked out okay.

Funny thing about it, she'd put the personal up while at work, just for shits and giggles.

One of my co-workers dated online all the time. He had lots of stories about sleeping with the women het met the same night. He said it kind of got old after awhile and the types of women he was meeting weren't want he wanted. But he slept with 'em anyway!
