Ice cream deserts are my sweet treat and chips (doritos or poor brothers bbq) are my salty snacks. I need to start cutting back and get into the gym soon. I'm up to 170 now and I need to make sure it doesn't go up any more than that.

Pizza flavored Pepperidge Farm Goldfish and Lemon Ice Tea Snapple mainly but I'll eat almost anything I can find that doesn't require any sort of preparation.
