They turned it off, turned off the key, then gave it to him without telling him that it had been turned off. He pushed the start button, not expecting that someone handing him a Segway would turn off the key when it would be used again 10 seconds later.

According to the manufacturer, they say you definitely need a spotter while you are getting used to it because it is not too uncommon to fall your first time.

Regardless, I still think it's funny.
