Donation in lieu of contribution
 

I'm not the most talkative and lack the innitiative to contribute a whole lot of material. However, I greatly appreciate this site and am definetly willing to make a $ contribution. Though I might still be a lurker, will this keep me in good graces?

It is wise to contribute your words as well on here. Once in a while they will gut out the lurkers. If there's nothing for you to say (which is nearly impossible-there's something for everyone)- that's fine. Take the time to get to know the board. Sometimes the best way to do that is to hop into 'Nonsense' and contribute to a game.
You don't seem as though you are a lurker intending to just lurk. But what's the point of being on here if you don't post? We're all friendly and open here. You are always welcome.

You know, sometimes I'm just not in a vocal mood. The last few weeks I haven't posted much around here at all. Part of that was that I'm real busy with my new business, and part was that... I just didn't feel like posting much.

TFP is really the first online community I've been in where I'm something other than a lurker. So I can definitely relate.

Sure, donate. Everybody should, anyway. But try and take the gag off once in a while too, ok?
