The Guinn knockout punch of Grant was a great shot but as Fadermonkey pointed out -- there are just too many great shots to pick just one as a favorite.

Those are some awesome pictures. I liked the one with the lone soccer player on the field after his team lost. But of course there sere many others that I couldnt call this one the best.

I don't care what anybody says but THAT boxing photo had to hurt!

Gotta wonder just how many of these are professionally, uh, enhanced with Photoshop. The baseball shot is just way too clean. They are all cool. I just don't always trust absolute perfection!

Well I should imagine that the rules would prevent this. I think the "effects" you see are achieved by the clever use of standard SLR features like aperature settings, exposure, shutter speed, ISO et cetera.

The baseball pic looks fine to me. Don't all baseball pitches (do they play on a pitch?) have a blue wall around them? Seems like a standard shot using a slow-ish shutter speed and zoom lens.

But then again, I'm no expert and I bought my own digital SLR only two weeks ago!!!

Well, it just looks..too clean. The catcher's head is in a super straight line with his helmet and mask. But his head is blurred. Why? Everything else is in really nice focus. I dunno. Just fishy...! Nice post, though, Meph!

i don't understand how the guy that's being crushed was at fault for interference. was he just stupid and thrust himself in front of that other guy? in any cased, he got owned twice in one race.
