I have seen web based IRC applications in the past. Just wanted to know if there was one for this too.

If you have a machine you can use as a proxy, you can set up cgi:irc. Ive used it before for the same thing... Works pretty well.

Does anyone know offhand how dialup friendly that irc server is? (e.g. frequent disconnects, etc)
