Well this sounds like an accident but it was an *extremely negligent* accident.

And writing off something as messed up as this as an "accident" isn't even close to a good excuse, and it's not get out of jail free card either.

Putting any judgment about this fetish aside, I would have to say that both people (the people with the rape fantasies) are not mentally mature enough to participate in this sort of thing. Because their gross irresponsibility allowed this thing to happen. That's incredibly fucked up that someone could make a *mistake* like that!! They are indeed sick in the head if they don't double-check their shit and don't even care to take the proper, normal precautions to avoid impacting others who have nothing to do with them.
