I guess people can watch whatever they want in their own vwhicle. Most people now think of their cars as an extension of the home. However, many communities have set up morals codes that don't allow exibition of certain material in public sight, so they can get you on that. As usual, this is getting a lot more attention than it really deserves. I doubt all that many people drive around playing Porn on the Auto-Video systems.

This is no different than watching pornography in your house with the blinds open and the TV facing the outdoors. In both cases you are publicly displaying offensive material, and the burden lies upon you to take reasonable measures. That the material is offensive to some is irrelevant; it is the owners responsibility.
Now I happen to enjoy porn, but I wouldn't show it to kids or let people see me while I'm watching it. If somebody is going to enjoy their porn in the car, it shouldn't be visible from the outside. As for the other drivers, stop watching other people's TV! If you're staring at a car long enough to notice what's playing, then you're tunnelling your vision and asking to get in an accident.
