Scott Peterson is 100% guilty. Most of America knows it as well as he does. However, luckily, most of America is not involved in his legal proceedings, and those that are should make sure that he gets a fair trial.

I saw on the news last night that a fisherman from Massachusetts moved there to prove Scott's guilt. He is scouting around the waters where the bodies were found to find the weighted down blocks,...hope he finds them! The trial is estimated to go until the holidays and I really hope it's dragged out no longer. Scott looks good in his orange jumpsuit,..it suits him very well! It's nasty just like him!

That right there should tell ya it's crap and Please - let's stop sensationalizing this!

I wish it was over with and that justice is upheld & soon. Scott seems guilty of many things: i.e. lying, cheating, dyeing his hair blond (WTF??) etc. but can anyone provide and/or find real evidence without "any question of a doubt" that he did this horrible crime? It creeps me out to have heard his taped phone call from Laci's Memorial Service...where he's telling Amber he's in Paris at the Eiffel Tower...thinking of her (Amber).

Oh Fuck It - let's string him up, boys... I think he did it. But let's have a truly fair trial first.

Wasn't there a report or something along the lines of Laci being spotted at the storage building where the boat was kept with Scott just a day or two before she disappeared? Seems like I heard something to this effect on the news but to be honest, I can't remember and I'm to lazy to search.

I appreciathe this view of things. In this age and day, it seems like trials are simply a "going through the motions" of sorts, to justify the verdict of guilt or innocence that is determined by the news media. The media's impartiality has long since gone by the wayside, and any more, it's a mad scramble to make sure that the viewing public knows that your way of thinking if the right way of thinking, that you couldn't possibly be wrong if you're saying it on television.

How could all of you who "know he did it" possibly know, you haven't been presented with anything but what the news media have plastered upon the television screen. The only people who could possibly make the desicion of whether or not he did it are going to be the twelve jurors who are presented with compelling, firsthand evidence from experts who know what they're talking about, not just talking heads who inform the public of whatever their commercial interests tell them to say.

(and just for the record, i have purposefully distanced myself from this whole petersen houpla. I change the channel whenever the story comes on, because i think it's sick to sit there and revel in what has become the media spectacle surrounding the tragic death of a pregnant woman.)

You're right scout. I also read what ShaniFaye read about the hairs which is odd if she didn't know about the boat right? The sighting could have been someone else who resembled Laci or maybe it was her,...that unfortunately we will probably never know unless, someone breaks down and tells his story of exactly what happened.

I watch Fox News and I don't think they're jumping right to the case saying he's guilty.

That bitch on Court TV who reports the case hates Scott Peterson so much, I don't know why they put such a biased reporter on to cover the case.

Personally, I don't think he's guilty. I don't know, but did anyone else think that when Scott said he was fishing in that area (this was around Christmas), that maybe the kidnapper could have dumped the body there to frame him? Then the bodies show up a few months later. When I heard that the bodies showed up there that was really the first thing to jump to my mind. And for some reason that's what my gut is telling me what happened. I haven't really been following the case, but does anyone else agree with me?

phredgreen,...

I understand what you said and yes, the media is where we hear most of the trial. I have watched some of court tv to see the trial. I have been following the case since I first heard about it but, also I haven't made it a daily routine to see what happened today (for exapmle) in court. No, I don't know for sure that he is guilty but, w/ the facts presented I believe that he is.
