Mephisto links - 28 January 2004
So here's my latest semi-regular set of links from the wonderful, wierd and wacky world wide web...
These are all mostly SFW, apart from the vampire one. The NSFW Mephisto Links can be found in the links board, as usual. Have fun, and say hi to your mum for me. Funny rejection letter http://jammerjoh.xs4all.nl/rejection.jpg Unreal photos - who says vampires don't exist? (some NSFW) http://unrealphoto.com/image_index.htm Pocket Choppers - These look like fun http://wonderfullywacky.com/pocketbike-chopper.htm "You are hearby convicted of utterly poor taste Rice Boy... Sentenced to watch Fast & Furious 100 times..." http://www.ricecop.com/ Capitals of the world http://www.brainoff.com/worldkit/capitals/ How tough is your Warthog? http://www.superzooi.com/special/various/A10/index.html Crazy monkey (funny movie) http://www.hugi.is/hahradi/bigboxes....51208&f_id=929 Satan's Laundry - A Brooklyn based photolog. Interesting site with great pics http://www.satanslaundromat.com/sl/ You know those annoying "Motivator" pictures your pompous Boss has up in his office? Buy your own Demotivators! http://www.despair.com/indem.html Can't afford a Cadillac? Buy the sofa instead... http://www.carnut.dk/dk/couch.html Nightmares - Some really cool Photoshop competition entries here. Great stuff, but just plain creepy http://www.worth1000.com/cache/conte...toshop#entries Now THESE are pavement artists that deserve a few dollars... http://www.livejournal.com/users/bou...sy/155638.html World War II from the air. Amazing aerial recon photos from the last World War. http://mirrored2.flabber.nl/ww2luchtfotos/index.html Slow motion vids of pistol shooting. Check out the tomato can being hit by the 9mm, then the 357 Magnum. Ouch http://www.bitpress.com/dc/ Want to feel insignificant? View the Earth from 10 million LIGHT years away and then watch as you get closer. MUCH closer http://micro.magnet.fsu.edu/primer/j...f10/index.html And while we're at it, the Best of Hubble. It's a wonderful universe out there... http://wires.news.com.au/special/mm/030811-hubble.htm The year in pictures - 2003. Some truly amazing photographs here. http://www.msnbc.com/modules/yip03/Default.asp?cp1=1 I don't normally post news stories (fark.com anyone?), but this one is cool. The Pope digs break-dancing! http://story.news.yahoo.com/news?tmp..._break_dancing Ever wondered what it feels like to be on top of the world? The view from the summit of Everest (without having to climb the bugger!) http://panoramas.dk/fullscreen2/full22.html I don't like SUVs. I think 4WDs in towns should be banned. And I hate HummVees... so Fuck you and your H2! http://www.fuh2.com/ What a trip! http://www.cowboybooks.com.au/html/acidtrip1.html Mr Mephisto Last edited by Mephisto2; 01-27-2004 at 08:08 PM.. |

Those are great links. I'll put up some links too but I don't want to hijack your thread.
