Haha lets put it this way, the 25th percentile makes nearly twice as much as me (and you can forget the 75th even exists), despite the fact that my responsibilities are far beyond the scope of "Webmaster". But its a rather small company, so thats not unusual.

It basically states that I am getting FUCKED IN THE ASS on a daily basis, for how much money I make.

They are about to hire my friend at work. After I showed him the site, he was able to increase what they were about to pay him by 12%. He also explained to them he has his BS and this many months of experience. So considering using this site to get that well deserved raise.
