This bill in no way limits what YOU can say on the street (from what I can gather) just limits (apparently.. ) what one can broadcast.

Does this apply to anchor-people only ? Or will they have to start chopping anything on tv with profanity on it ?

And can't the supreme court strike it down, because it violates the 1st Ammendment (AFAIK freedom of expression) ?
