I voted no, but i'm kinda biased... I'm 5'2" and carry around a set of natural DD's. I've contemplated getting them reduced a few times, even. If you don't like them, go for it, but remember that it's not what you look like that matters. also, look at some porn, get an idea of what implants look like. they aren't the same as naturally big boobs, and they (supposedly) feel different, too. There's risks of scarring involved as well as infection and others that I'm sure I haven't heard about. plus, I think it messes up the ability to breast-feed. These are things to think about, along with asking yourself if thats what you really want.

good luck w/ a decision.

well generally i would lean towards not getting the boob job... unless their like super small A i mean all ya need for practical purposes is a big handfull... much bigger then that and the chance that youll accidentally smother a man to death increases 30 fold...:-P

it really boils down to what you need to be happy with yourself not what your boyfriend, me or anyone else in the world says... its your body your decision and you cant make that decision based on what someone else wants...

Thats pretty much right. And if getting a boob job helps you with that then go for it. One thing I will add and this is just me... Girls really don't know what guys want. Which is to say I personally prefer rather small breasts (but I mean.. they gotta be there..) and while most guys probably like them bigger then me its really the minority that wants them big.

I dislike gigantic boobs. When the breasts are too big and not proportional to the rest of the body, well that doesn't turn me on at all.

I'm glad my girlfriend won't ever have a boobjob, natural is the way to go!

I definitely wouldn't want my girlfriend to get implants. She has small a-cup breasts that i find to be perfect. I do like big breasts too, i like porn with that kind of women.. But on my own girl, when i get to feel them.. it's more important that they are natural.

You have to be happy with yourself but I personally don't like things that are artifical.

Other than making a guy or two drool what has your money, time, and pain gone for?

I am at an age where friends of mine that have had implants are having them removed in the never ending fight with gravity.

That said, it's your body and you should do what ever you want with it. Good luck with your decision.

Be happy with what you have. In my personal experience, friends who had one surgery always went on to have another. Some have even had three. Whether it be nose, or lipo or another procedure.

It may seem too idealistic, but unless you have a serious disfigurement, try to learn to love your body the way it is.

I think the issue is not if you want implants or not, but really it's: what is wrong with your self image?

Why would you consider having balloons stuffed in your body to make yourself feel better?

You would be better served finding out why you are not happy with yourself.

IMHO B's are usually the perfect size. Maybe a smallish C on someone with a big frame. Having said that the hottest woman I ever went with was a 34AA. Her's perfectly shaped for her athletic body.

Personally I can think of a LOT of things I'd rather spend several G on.

Celebrity who was most visually damaged by boob job: Angelina Jolie. She was smokin' hot before the "improvement".

Don't do it. The only time I think it should be done is maybe a lift after multiple kids and they start hanging funky. I personally don't like the way the fake ones feel or how they just don't have any life to them. They just stick straight up in the air whether you are standing or even laying down. If you still have a B or better, get used to what you got and you will be happier in the long run. I would take a small natural set anyday over fake ones...

But that is just my personal feelings.

Good luck with your decision...

i really, really dislike the idea of implants.
it's just not an important to me. i can't speak for all guys, but breasts are quite low on the great-things-about-a-woman-priority-scale...it always makes me sad when i hear about women who think that breasts are the most important thing to their man (but even more sad when i hear about men who think the same thing)

If you think implants would make you feel better about yourself then go for them. But don't do it for anyone else.

I love the large natural breasts. I love the way they hang, the way they fall into a woman's armpits when laying on her back, I don't even mind stretch marks. Those girls from XL Girls and Scoreland really get me going!

Boob job boobs just look odd sometimes. As long as the boob job is done well, I guess I'm OK looking at them, but surely don't want my wife to have one. Then again, she is a natural 36D, so she doesn't need anything bigger.

p.s. I'd LOVE to see more plumpers posted to the titty board! (I don't really know how to "find" them on my own)

I can't add much that hasn't already been said here, but for what its worth here's my opinion. I'm a small A, so yes I have considered it in the past. But the disadvantages far outweight the advantages in my mind. Also, I think its best to learn to be happy and comfortable in the body you have. If you're confident and feel good about yourself, that will come across to other people. Everyone is beautiful at any size, be happy with what you have .

My wife has nice sized c cups. She doesn't want anything bigger, but she thinks that after she's had the last kid she might want them lifted a tad. I don't see anything wrong with this, I don't think she needs to do it for me, but if she wants to do it for herself and we've got the cash at the time, no problem.

A lot of people see it as insecurities type issues, but I don't. It's the same thing as someone getting a tatoo, or piercings, braces, or even getting their hair cut. Some people think that getting implants is too extreme, but there are people out there that think that everything that I've named on that list is too extreme. What it boils down to is that people want to enhance their appearance. There's many reasons for it, but everyone that condemns it has to step back and realize they do things to enhance their own appearance.

Bottom Line: Do what feels right for you. I have a couple of friends who have gotten them and they are very happy with them. It gave them confidence. One of them wants to go bigger (C to DD) I told her she doesn't need to but she's determined.

to be quite honest, I think natural is always the best.
Silicone implants always look ugly... and aside from the medical facts (very risky choice to get them anyway, but they wont have you beleive that).

in most cases women loose the sensation in their breasts as the (remember the name of the) nerve is stretched, and sometimes has to be sealed off below the implant if it cant go under the nipple (aside from how it sounds, you get no sensation from this, you still get normal tactile sensation, but no sexual pleasure)

i would suggest you read through all the medical reports... i've heard of people being in imense pain due to the surgery being botched (beleive it or not, only 60% of breast implant surgerys are a success)

i'd definutly think twice about it

I'm in the same boat (only I've got a lot more than a DD to add a burden to my back). And I've decided completely against any form of surger in this area because of the possible side effects.

As far as inplants are concerned, more surgeries come out looking like crap than don't. I really think that implants are more trouble than they're worth.

Love yourself for who you are regardless of the size of your chest. If a man has a problem with it, he's not worth your time. It's not the size of the breast that makes the woman who she is.

It's already been said, but I would advise against it. Very rarely ahve I seen a woman who didn't look good with what she had naturally, and it sounds like yours are fine the way they are, and it would be sad to see anyone risk messing up what they are lucky enouugh to have. I would never consider subjecting anyone to a surgery with inly a 60% suces rate, and even with sucess comes the fake look.

Small breasts are beautiful too. Only if you have some sort of mutation that makes you extremely unhappy in life, cosmetic surgery is not a good idea. My ex GF worked in a cosmetic surgeons office and saw all the before and after pics. Boy, she had some horror stories!

After some thought, more research and seeing Monster's Ball and those horrible implants on that blond hooker (if you rent the video, check out how they look wrinkly from the sides? ewww!) I am kinda sure that even if I do get slimmer and the bobs are even smaller then, I won't have a surgeon touch 'em. When I mentioned that I was even ever considering this, a male friend cried out that he wouldn't want to ever see me after that. Geez, people have extreme reactions to this..

I think that the extreme reactions Suviko mentioned are the very reason that only one person can decide if it's a good thing or not I firmly believe that you have to do what makes you feel good/better about yourself and the heck with everyone else.

OTH, there's other things to consider in that you can lose sensitivity (if there was any) in your nipples for a short time or even permanently. A friend of my wife discovered this. She loves her new look but really misses the sensitivity that she lost. What would make me nervous is making sure that the Dr. is truly skilled in this 'cause there's a lot of bad ones out there judging from the pics you see! My wife would like to be REDUCED to a D, but she values those nerves too highly to take the plunge.
