Nah it is not any more then a night out on the town at some overated new years party with drinks and food.

I rather spend money on something like that then drinking until I puke. Sex is way more rewarding then puking.

I'm having dinner with a bunch of friends, I'm planning on buying a lot of booze and a couple of 5L kegs of Grolsch beer for everybody. It's in a pretty big apartment with enough rooms to create a bar room, a dancing room, a lounge and a general partying room. We set up a loudspeaker system connected to a computer filled with hit mp3's - and the interface lets you pick songs. Great fun. Then around midnight we'll go outside in the street and watch the fireworks, behaving irrational and stupid. Ah yeah, can't wait.

Since this is my last New Year's living in hell, I am hoping to get a few people together just to shoot da shiznit as sort of a last hurrah before leaving AZ... and I'm hoping we'll all get plastered. If I have to work I will be bringing alcohol to work.... primarily because it's not new years without being plastered :)

Last year I went downtown with a couple of friends and a bottle of Jack. We just wandered around, getting into adventures, popping into the occasional bar to see what was going on. From what I remember it was a good time. We'll probably end up doing it again this year.

I'll probably be on-line, doing nothing.
