I can't speak for women, as I have never tasted the stuff. My wife says if it tasted better, she would definetly be more inclined.

I have never understood why we tend to hold anything distasteful in our mouths, rather than swallowing it quickly. As a kid, eventually learned to just chew and swallow the vegetables quickly once I got the courage to put them in my mouth. I would think the same rational would apply if you are giving a BJ, but I am certainly not going to give it a try.

I think it falls into one of those "You need to know the bad to appreciate the good" If there was a sudden switch and cum went from tasting "bad" to tasting "good," for a while I bet women would be more inclined. Cum is...well...unique. Cum that tastes like chocolate just isn't appealing to me whatsoever. Having given my fair share of bjs, I can tell you that the slightly salty taste of cum can be quite pleasant(to me personally). It's the texture that's more off-putting.
