Hows how my life here (in the 6 or so months Ive been here has gone)

first stop - rules and such (just to see what the bosses have to say)
titty board - stayed here for a long time, looking, posting, and generally enjoying myself
- stopped by tilted exibition and looked through the pics of the members
- thought.. hey, I should do that
- posted.. suddenly I was a "member of the community" and not just someone who liked naked people..
- found tilted computers and literature..

now I stay in literature and computers, sneaking out sometimes to the titty board everyonce and awhile when Im tired and bored and I cant make any writing come out..

Anyone else have the same experience?
(or another path they'd like to share?)

Started off at the titty board via a link on fark, enjoyed that for a few weeks, then noticed all the other features tfp had to offer. Didn't post much at first because it had seemed others always said what I was going to say before I could say it. Now I just find something else to contribute whenever I can. Also use the journal as a way to release anger and as a way to document my deployment to iraq.

It was pretty much the same for me,

- Clicked in on TFP through some obscure webpage that I can't remember.
- Clicked on the titty board to get to the goodies. but found out i had to register to get in.
- Registerd and browsed through the TB but got kind of curious about the other forums here aswell.
- Hang around in the TB and lurked around mostly in Humor and General, though I looked into Computers and Philosophy every now and then aswell.
- Found an interesting topic in Philosophy to discuss and started doing serious posting in the more serious forums.

I usually hang around in Humor, General, Members Playground and Computers though I tend to try and keep an eye on Philosophy and Sexuality aswell though my posting there is only sporadic. I do sneak into the EZ sometimes but not that very often any more.

I also linked through to TFP from somewhere, and started out coming here mainly for the boobies, but I quickly saw that there was alot more to this place than organized pr0n. Leaching off the community did not appeal to me, so I began to participate.

Newbie forum was my first stop, but I haven't visited there much, until now, when I don't consider myself a newbie anymore (though I may still be one :D).

Very soon I began just going down the forums of interest, from General Discussion to Tilted Photography, and checking out whats new. I still do so to this day. In fact, I'm doing it now.

I came here from FARK quite a while ago, when you didn't even have to register to view the Titty Board. I grew bored/frustrated after a while, especially since my browser (then Mozilla Phoenix, renamed Firebird) would choke if you threw too many graphics at it.

Then, the graphics problem was patched, so I came back to see if the fix really worked. Discovered that the board had crashed in my absence, so I reregistered. Saw there were no boobies to be had, so I browsed a few forums, mostly Sexuality.

I posted a bit more, and started branching into other fora. I discovered the "view all new posts" option on the main page, and I pretty much use that one, so I post to many different fora now.

I was at about 4/5 of the threshold for gaining access to the bonus boards before I even knew that they were available.

These days, I'll stop back into the Wayside every once and a while just to clear/shock my brain, but it isn't nearly as stimulating as the conversations.

I have moved from the TB to the other forums... and now I'm mostly reading the Journals...

I came here by being refered by a friend. First thing I did was argue polotics when General Discussion was where we argued everything. Pissed a few people off over some child disipline/beating.

Next I got moderated for some offensive threads. Then Argued about bowling for columbine for a long while.

Then the crash, and now here I am.

Definately started with the TB. Didn't take too long before that and suddenly it dissapeared. Ok, i had made a few trips to other discussions, so i kept posting. Didn't find out about TB restrictions and such till after they popped back up one day....which was kinda a surprise. Now im pretty much never there.

Anyway, log on, head to Motors. Take a look around, Head to General, then Members, Living, Politics. Occasionally spends some time reading through Sexuality, Gaming, and Philosophy. After that, i will very rarely pop my head into other areas, realise its kinda neat in there, and forget to come back.

Tittty Board, wasn't that impress, went to other fourms, looked around for a week or so, joined. Post every once in a while.

Got here in the very early stages. There were initially just a few of us and it was basically the tittie board. With each collapse and rebirth I grew. All the boards/groups got going and each brought me in further. Because topics started in one place and grew to form their own identity I traveled the boards. The discussion board, member's board and exhibition boards are near and dear. The tittie board is and will always be the king. It's what got you here. This board is real and the people are real, we all grow in this special place.

I've been here since v3.0

I cna't remember how I got here, but I think it was a google search I did that sent me to the tittie board.

- Spent a lot of time in the tittie board and Off The Wayside then started looking around at what else was available.
- Now I spend most of my time in Tilted Sexuality and General Discussion. I peak at Exhibition and keep an eye on the tittie board for interesting bits, but I love writing.

I write a lot. My posts are always long. *shrug* that's me. This place is awesome.

It took me a good 2-3 months to see the site had so much more to offer besides the TB.

Yeah I'm slow. :)

i joined version 3.0 last year around august I believe. A friend of mine linked me to the titty board just saying "you have to see this". I said that was interesting and since I had to join to view the threads I started checking out the other boards.

I spent and still spend very little time in the titty board, occasionally checking out OTW and links. I've made myself comfortable in General discussion, Member's playground, Sexuality, Philosophy and Exhibition (now split into portraits as well). I frequently check and post in philosophy, artwork, photography, and living and computers to a lesser extent.

i first joined the TFP when it first opened for the TB, i posted there alot, had my custom title, avatar ect.. every once in a while i would visit other parts of the board, when it crashed and they had to start over, i lost all my postcounts ect, so i mainly lurked for a while, then it started over again. I joined again in June i believe, but i would always hang out at another forum, but that is getting really old over there so i came back here for some more mature discussions, and working my way back up to get into the members playground, and other sections of the site

I mess around on almost everything - get my ass in trouble, or so mad I can't see staight on the Politics Board, and swear off it for a while then usually end up going back - I seem to do better on the TB than anywhere else.

Everything else I don't go to...or I just scan in my responsiblities as a mod.

TB lurker til the axings began, and started to post. After v3 went down, i decided that it would be better to participate in the other forums, and simply lurk the TB...so started in with Advice, which became Sexuality and Living later...

Spend a lot of time in philo and members playground. quit politics a while ago...too damn flamey. I'm trying to plot someway to take it back for reasonable discussion. I'll be plotting for a while, me thinks.

Try to get to Literature everyonce in a while...though i'm not good at appriciating poetry, so it's rare to find short stories, etc...the stuff i like. But that's *my* issue...so i'm trying to train myself to read more poetry.

Journals are my new area...started my own a little while ago, and i'm trying to get in to commenting-since a lot of users reserve their real emotion and force for their entries...and i've always valued the reality of the interactions here.
