Thanks, Spec. Thing is that my friend is trying to write a paper on this, but he has to find out what court first tried him. Of course we all know that he ended up in the Supreme Court. Hmm... well, after searching for a couple of hours we found some info that hinted that he was tried in Philadelphia before being sent to the Supreme Court. Hmm...
