Playboy's Women Of Wal-Mart
 

The Playboy website wants female members of Wal-Mart staff to pose nude.

The site says it's looking for the sexiest women at the world's biggest retailer.

While Playboy magazine have run Women of Enron and Women of Starbucks features in the past year, the Wal-Mart theme would be a first for Playboy.com.

"Wal-Mart employees have a reputation for being cheerful and now Playboy.com is giving them a chance to smile for the camera. Playboy.com wants Wal-Mart's sexiest assets to roll back their clothes and pose nude," said a spokesman.

However, a spokesman for Wal-Mart, which owns Asda in the UK, said they would rather not be featured.

Tom Williams declined to say whether the company would take any action against an employee who decided to take up Playboy's offer.

Recently Wal-Mart, in an effort to spread its wholesome image as a family store, said it would put covers on a few women's magazines that typically display racy pictures and story titles, says CNN Money.

It also banned three men's magazines, including FHM, Maxim, and Stuff, earlier this year because it said it had received complaints from customers about their content.

I dunno, I've never seen a Wal-Mart employee that I want to see naked, and I've been in a lot of Wal-Marts.

Living in a small college town where Wal Mart is the biggest thing, there are many young, attractive girls that work there who I wouldn't mind seeing naked.

I used to work at a portrait studio in a Wal-Mart, and even though I was not involved with the whole "Wal-Mart society" (the portrait studio company only leased space, so Wal-Mart wasn't my employer) I could imagine very well that person would get fired. That place treats employees poorly. But, I can imagine lots of people hate their jobs there, and may see getting fired for posing as going out with a bang.

I think I'd buy that issue, mainly for the controversy it is quaranteed to cause. Good idea Playboy!

Someone in Playboy marketing has actually come up with a good idea. Wal-Mart owns lots of stores called Asda in England and there are some bloody nice women working in my local store. I wonder if this is open to the women who work in England.

I've been to Walmart store's all over the US and to a lot of the Distribution center's. Believe me, there are a lot of hot looking women working for them. Doubt you will ever see any current employee's in Playboy. Those that do show up will be former employee's looking for a much bigger payday than they got from Wallie World.

Yeah, maybe I should have specified that a bit more. It wasn't meant as a slam at WalMart employees, just that it's not like the corporation wouldn't be able to easily replace anyone they let go.
