Yes, my boss is a boob, a moron, a complete asshole. His moods dictate everything around him, and he has no common sense when it comes to employee relations. He was promoted by proxy, and really has supplied the company with nothing but a fat ass to fill some shoes.

Heh, I am the boss at my company, so I guess I should keep my mouth shut. ;)

My boss is awesome......besides the fact he has no balls and can't fire someone when they need to be....He let's me do my own thing, respects the work I do, and if I want to take a half day for mental purposes, he tells me to split. Very cool boss.

Congratulations, Fallen. I'm sure you're a reasonable guy. Do you get all pissed off if people ask questions? Do you feel threatened as if someone is questioning your authority? I'll bet not. That happens here. A lot. *sigh* Yes, I am looking for other work.

hehe... I can't say I know what you are going through, but I feel for 'ya. Since leaving University and starting my working life, I have worked for three companies and have had five "bosses" - all of which have been remarkable! :)

In fact, I consider my current boss an amazing role model! He truly is a fantastic person, and a great boss.

My boss lives and works 2 hours away. If I could get hem to stop calling and e-mailing me, it would be the best boss employee relationship ever

He rose through the ranks, and yet seems to forget where he came from. Yes, he's the bigshit here. He actually replaced someone who was a true leader. How true of a leader? He has been promoted by actions, not dead mans shoes.

I know the type of person you're talking about. I work in a distribution centre for a large supermarket chain and the place is full of managers who have been promoted through who they know not what they know. The upside of that is that Iam a union representative for my department and when these idiots try and bullshit me I take great pleasure in making them squirm about their ignorance and total lack of ability when it comes to running the job.

Yes, I am a reasonable boss. I think if you asked my employees what they thought of me, you'd get pretty positive answers.

Plus, I didn't get promoted because of who I know. I was actually a founding member of the company, so my position is justified. :)

I love my bosses! husband and wife who run a restaurant. They are regular folks, who love us, themselves and have no pretenses. They are honest, loving, caring and loyal. They fix wrongs and admit there mistakes. They treat us with respect and kindness. They are truly two of the most special people I have ever met. And I only wish them the very best in life.

As far as me, On the side, I am also a boss of my own small business. The people that work for me, know that all I ask of them is to do there job very well, treat others with respect and caring, and we have fun doing it. else they won't work for me.
