dream recall during the day
It's about 6:00PM where i am, i woke up 14 hours ago, but just now, i remembered one of my dreams. i keep a dream journal, and when i woke up i didn't remember it, but while reading a thread on this forum, it just popped up out of no where. felt almost like Deja vu. freaky thing it was. woah.

I get that occassionally, except its usually for week-old, or even month-old dreams. And it just happens without me thinking about it. There's a weird physical sensation that goes along with it too that I can't quite explain. Then moments later I completely forget the dream once again.
Really crazy stuff.

Hop on the nicotine patch and you'll have the most incredible lucid dreams of your life. Warning, not for the faint-hearted, the dreams can be so realistic and so intense that usually you will wake up every hour before falling back to sleep to do it all over again. Its incredible.

i find it weird when i remember dreams i have had years back......you get the feeling go through your body- that you had in the dream, and everything. That is pretty freaky.
Or when you have the same or simular dream again after a few years since you first had it. |

When I was a kid, I had a reoccurring nightmare for about 7 years! It was totally messed up because all it was about was changing perspective on different objects, thus making them seem larger or smaller.
The weirdest thing was even after waking up it took hours to shake the freaked out feeling. |

Sometimes I don't remember my dreams straight away, usually throughout the day similar experiences trigger the memory. I absolutely love it though, when you get a hit of dreams from the far past, it's amazing.
