Praise to TFP!
 

i've been posting in the fazed forums lately and they are not a very welcoming place, its a hostile environment where you get harassed for being a noob. where as in here it just seems like a far less hostile friendly place to post where your post count isnt how you are judged.

I have felt so comfortable here too. It has been a great place. Have posted at a couple other forums but they are predominately woman and it's been only specific subjects. Considering the wide variety here it's particulary praise-worthy that Tilted has been such an open place.

that's just the kind of community we are. flamers can bugger off :)

everything we do behind the scenes is geared to help create exactly the situation as you describe it here. it's rewarding to know it's noticed and acknowledged. down there on the bottom right side of the home page is a "Forum Leaders" link. that's the good team of folks you're interacting with here.

of course, it's members figuring out they've found a place that's different from the rest and then adding their good contributions that puts the flesh on the bones. thanks for that!

And if you stick around long enough I may just give you a kiss on the forehead.
