The way things are in England at the moment, the blind man would go to jail and the robbers would get counselling !

*wonders if the robbers knew the victim was blind*
hate for robbers regardless, but if they actually knew he was blind prior to the attempted robbery... well that'd be even more disgusting. a lot more disgusting.

Go blind man!
The robbers disserved to get shot, especially if they knew that the guy was blind which i'm guessing they did. Too bad he only hit one guy instead of both.

First off, This one I actually like, Z. As this one is of a man defending himself. The robber got what he deserved.
As for him getting a gun? He could have just as easily trained using it as anyone else. He would be taught how to fire it, and have someone judging how well he handles it. He could then learn to hold it chest level. AND THEN, I bet he could learn to shoot where he heard noises. If you're blind, you make up for your sight with touch and sound. So I'm willing to bet he heard that robber quite well. I'm sure if he trained similar to what I said, He could easily have a certificate allowing him to have a gun.
