Now... Should I be happy or disgusted?
I was crazy hungry so I decided to order pizza for pick-up at my local pizza place. I usually order from Papa John's but I just decided to order at this place for the hell of it.
I ordered a thin crust pizza with sausage... Uhhh... I thought they were going to sprinkle some pieces of sausage onto the pizza, but apparently that's not what they do. Now, am I supposed to be happy that there is so much good meat on this pizza, or am I supposed to be disgusted at the amount of grease that this pizza holds? I just finished my second slice, and I don't think I can take it anymore.

like the man said, don't worry; be happy...
most chain pizza places don't give you enough meat to sink your teeth into, and you can always sop up the grease with a paper napkin...

Suck it up and enjoy it. I personally don't like lots of sausage on sausage pizza, but if that's what you've got just go with the flow Look on the bright side, at least now you know whether or not to order from them again.

Most meats on pizza are oily - pepperoni, sausage, salami (my fave) so once these are heated, yeah, the oils come out. I have no idea why they dont try to get rid if some of it prior to cooking the pizza, but hey.....its a pizza joint.
So if its getting to be too much, well, dont make yourself SICK! In fact, you'd probably get a laugh if you order another one and ask for less...! juju |

Eat a rolaids FIRST and then one AFTER.
And then hope your heart doesn't explode. But other than that, just enjoy!

I would say sop it up with paper towels. That's what I usually do with greasy pizza. You might try draining off, freezing it, and spreading it on toast in the morning. But seriously, I have heard of people saving grease/fat to season sauces, etc.
