Essen meine kurze Hosen

Sounds like my regimen, ratbastid. I'm at the club 5 days a week. I do the 30-60 minutes on the elliptical alternating with upper body workout 2 days a week. And at 6 am too. Have been since Feb 02.
This year I made the radical change to 'get up' at 6 instead of arrive at the club at 6. Still do the same workout, just get another hour of sleep. Seems to work, and gives me more time at night to attend to my 'husbandly duties.' ;-) Have lost about 30 pounds and about 3 inches on the waist in the last year. Now my pants are too big and my shirts are too small.
