accidents are accidents, attitudes are choices. if i had someone working for me that caused 1000 bucks in damages and he came up oh well, im not paying for it, I would do my best to get the whole thing from him in court. same guy comes up with a different attitude and say oh shit, i messed up, im really sorry, ill work overtime in needed to pay for the damages, i would be more inclined to either go halves or just pick up the tab myself. im talking immediate reaction, not 2 weeks later, im so sorry, can i have my job back. maybe im a bit harsh, but life is less about the action, and more about the reaction....forgot the exact quote or who said it.
