Having a 24 hour gym at the apartment complex is gnarly. I get cranky, I go grunt in a largely empty room by myself for an hour. Good as new.

OH I've heard of that stuff, I guess I've never seen it written before only spoken of in sombre, secretive ways by people on the Travel channel...or quite possibly I'm just stupid. Yeah I'll go with that.

I totally take disco naps all the time but I'm boring and just refer to them as naps.

sometimes a bath . usually some booze . a call to my best friend and/or my mom .
what I should do is workout, it really does help. (Im a work in progress).
reading or watching something that will distract me is awesome , something that makes me laugh is good .
