Definitely not restricted. reinstall it and double check your name and password. if you log on via the web, log out and try your login name and password and see if that works. Chances are you're not using the correct password.

Interestingly, my stipulation was that I wanted a smartphone for $40 all in. My monthly bill for the new gadget? $39.55, after tax.

Haven't used tapatalk yet, though. So far I make do alright with the built-in browser.
