I don't know about you, but this makes me a whole lot less sympathetic.

Interesting.

But let's keep up with the day and age: plastic surgery is a fashion choice. She shouldn't be fired for what she wears as long as it's professional, even if she chooses to put on Pamela-Anderson tits.

I think lurkette's post weighs heavily on the theory that there is a lot more to this case that what she is attention-whoring around town. Sounds to me (in my professional law opinion) that this isn't a clear cut case of "She is to hot to work here". I mean, it was Manhattan for christ's sake! I would think that that the level of hotness would be just as high as the Hollywood/LA area. Where you have wannabe models, hot girl pop stars, actresses, and the like working waitressing jobs to pay the bills til "They become famous and don't have to work"!

You are right, she shouldn't be fired for dressing hot/looking hot, but I don't think this case is about that.

This just sound fishier everyday and like Cinn said, this happened LAST YEAR. Why is she dregging it up now? Not getting the out-of-court settlement she wants? Something is rotten in Denmark, I'm thinking its the smell of desperation.

I don't care that she got implants, but looking at the examples of what she wore to work, coupled with her statements that she wanted to look like a Playboy model and attract a rich husband make it less likely in my mind that she was NOT dressing to be provocative and get attention at work. Dressing professionally means a lot more than just covering up your naughty bits...it's being cognizant of how you're perceived, and it seems like she knew exactly what she was doing. Even if she wasn't outside the letter of the dress code, she certainly knew where the line was and flirted with it.

And now she's likely to get a whole lot more attention, playboy offers, blah blah blah. Well played, fameball!
