It's interesting to talk about all the "El Nino" abnormalties and yet the only important data that affects and/or impacts large populations are those that remain consistant for a decade or two. If we're smart ecologically, we'll prepare now for the most hot or most wet conditions and reap the benefits so the next generation is closer to being able to navigate these anomalies and do their part to capture water, and solar energy and devise better methods to survive. Luckily, we have the knowledge and technology, now it is time for the common citizen to be aware and implement the best practices for healthy survival.
It sounds doomsday but it is in fact the reality of life on Earth. Love it and cherish the cycles of environment...now.

Either that or solar flares are to blame (if it gets really hot in 2013, blame these). At least then it will make the scientists do studies and look at the data to see if it is true. That's pretty bad when I have to help the opposition come up with an actual argument for why their side is right... |

Once again without linkable facts,
what is riding the plates has been riding them for far longer than we like to think. In other words, I'm confident we're not creating earthquakes.
