You see, the problem is, that photo doesn't have evidence of it containing minors. You really can't tell.

I was going to post some sort of cutesy baby picture itt but I noticed a lot of the images are of babies who don't have shirts on. Or their little butts are showing. I can understand the 'no genitals' thing but just to clarify, they must have shirts and pants / diapers on as well?

to answer your question woodsie, yes minors need to be fully clothed. no genitals, no topless/bottomless kids, no diapers
