I use either Lever 2000 or Irish Spring (I think that's what it's called?), whichever is on sale. Bar soap, no wash cloth.

Then I use Suave shampoo. I can tell a difference when I use better shampoo (Pantene Pro-V shit) but it's way too expensive.

I'm currently using Softsoap body wash. It's tittled Pure Cashmere. It smells like coconuts. I use a loofa spong with it.

For my hair I use Tresemme shampoo and conditioner. Followed by mousse of the same brand and a Life brand shine mist that also smells of coconuts.

I use Dr. Bronner's for most everything, but I have some goats milk bar soap that I use for my face.
