Mortgage refinancing

We are taking advantage of the low interest rates and refinancing our house...we went from a 30-year 7.0% fixed rate to a 15-year 4.5% fixed, with virtually no change in the monthly payment. If my wife's calculations are correct (and I think they are), we will save over $100,000 in interest over the life of the loan. If you've been putting off refinancing, get to the bank NOW!

Has anyone else refinanced lately?
