Actually, that first word is the singular, not the plural, so it would be more along the lines of "Hey, person!" or "Hey, Human!" or "Hey master!" or Hey, you!".

Thanks Ratman!!!! On this site >>LINK<< If you copy paste "Это в пятницу все же?" you get "It on Friday nevertheless?" Instead of the original "is it Friday yet" ... hence the massive OCD kicking in!!!!!!!

A word for word translation would be "Friday already become?", but you have to read a little into it.
