First of all, let me salute you for giving your wife such a nice gift. My ex-boyfriend got me a GameCube for Christmas one year. (I don't place video games, but he does.)
All right, now onto some product recommendations. Since I don't know exactly what you're looking for, (lotions? potions? fragrance?) I'll improvise. Bath and Body Work's True Blue Spa line has some great products for hands and feet. (Personally, I love pampering my appendages) I also like Bath and Body's aromatherapy line, which has a great sugar scrub and some nice shower gels. I have an orange ginger for morning showers and a lavender chamomile for night showers. Oh, and on the cheaper side, Neutrogena has a lavender body oil that feels and smells amazing, and leaves your skin super soft. Good luck shopping!

The most effective product I've ever used I can't find lately-L'Oreal's Glycol Peel Facial Treatment. I'd use it two-three times a week and it'd get my skin very smooth.
Bath and Body Works has some of the best creams, lotions, etc. around, but here's a little suggestion....since you seem to get the same thing, more or less, each year, why not go all out and treat her to a visit to a day spa? Not only would she enjoy the pampering, she'd get advice about how to treat her skin well at home.

I LOVE Aveda hair and skin products. They're a little pricey (not compared to the better B&BW stuff, though) but my hair and skin really appreciate them. If you can, make her an appointment at an Aveda salon/spa and add a gift certificate for a product or two. She can get a hair cut/color, manicure, pedicure, etc. and then get the products she wants to maintain the look.
