Your Favourite Fantasy Party
There was a bit in the New York Post, where Anthony Bourdain described his favourite fantasy party...
LINK Quote:
I would beach party somewhere in Muskoka (just north of Toronto... just Google it ya lazy bum)... it would start with an afternoon corn roast and go on into the evening with progressively better and better food. The main chef would be Thomas Keller but I would like Bourdain to do the corn roast and barbeque. Guests would include: Robert Mitchum (he can bring the weed), Lauren Bacall, Brassai (somebody needs to document this), Henry Miller and Neal Stephenson... more to come later. How about you? What would be your fantasy party?

Funny that Bourdain is the inspiration for this... He would be the first person I would invite. He is, for a lack of a better term, my hero. He is the reason I do what I do for a living. He is the reason I cook.
Other then him... George Carlin, Charlie Chaplin, JFK, The Rat Pack, Ernest Hemingway... and anyone else you can think of that likes to drink...

Marylin Manson would be providing the music, Steve Martin would be there, Buster Keaton would be there, and Salvador Dali. It would be catered by Tomas Keller, Wylie Dufresne, and that old spanish guy who pioneered molecular gastronomy. Oh, and Wittgenstien and Kerikergaard would be there as well.
