voddie, why dont you ask a questions and our panel of expert TFP troopers would be more than willing to give you advice.
not sure if theres any lawyers here, but we have some really intelligent people here and we have some really good discussions, and most of the time we do get to the bottom of most issues. you'll never know if you dont ask! are you in the states? welcome to TFP by the way! hope you like your stay!

No, this is exactly the wrong place to ask for legal advice. A lawyer's office is the right place to ask for legal advice.
Now, for advice, suggestions, and perhaps even sympathy, TFP is great. But, even if someone here happens to be a lawyer, and gives you advice, they are not *your* lawyer, and any advice they give shouldn't be taken as legal advice. |

While we do have several lawyers that are members, please realize that the majority of us are not. If you're looking for legal advice specifically from a lawyer - which seems almost certain - you're most likely in the wrong place and your google query was probably flawed.
That said, you're welcome to start another thread asking for advice, but there are no promised that it will be 1) good advice or 2) will actually come from a lawyer.
