How WAS the naked party?

twitedmosaic: It's like any business. In the beginning, you're doing everything. As the business matures, you focus on the high level tasks and your employees handle the more routine things. I still do a lot of board cleanup, but I let the mods hand out the warnings and bans. I am around for decision making. 90% of what I do now is policy making, traffic analysis and planning. My 3 focuses are: 1) Traffic 2) Conversion 3) Retention.
